Inspect the details on a small screen

Check the search field, fixture cards, account menu and help links. Text should remain readable, forms should not require horizontal scrolling and tap targets should be distinguishable. Note any device-specific restrictions before assuming desktop and mobile access are identical.

Choose a route that suits your device

Compare Android, iOS and mobile-browser options with the provider’s current documentation. Check compatibility and publisher information before an app download or APK installation. A desktop shortcut is not the same as a native app.

Make the screen easier to use

Increase text size where needed, keep browser software current and check the connection before retrying a stalled page. Avoid installing unknown software to solve a routine display or sign-in issue.

Protect access between devices

Use your own devices where possible. Keep recovery information current, close unused sessions and check account activity when moving between a phone, tablet and desktop.

Keep the next step clear.

Check current provider information, protect your personal details and use the route that matches your question.
