Follow the request through its stages
Read minimum and maximum amounts, any fees and identity requirements. Confirm the receiving account and keep the request reference. After submission, track the status rather than assuming an on-screen confirmation means the transfer is complete.
Build a useful transaction record
Save the amount, date, payment method and transaction reference. Compare the provider’s history with the bank or payment-app record. A debit and an account credit can have different processing states.
Check the conditions first
UPI, net banking, cards and e-wallet availability can differ. Review limits, fees, account-name matching and verification requirements before confirming a payment. Do not infer support from a payment logo alone.
Escalate with the right details
For a delayed or missing transaction, contact verified support with a concise timeline and a redacted reference. Ask what review is outstanding and when to follow up. Never send a PIN, CVV or OTP.
Keep the next step clear.
Check current provider information, protect your personal details and use the route that matches your question.
