Match each record to the same transaction
For a deposit, compare the bank debit with the account credit. For a withdrawal, compare submission, approval and transfer states. Redact screenshots and keep original references; repeated submissions can make an already unclear timeline harder to follow.
Build a useful transaction record
Save the amount, date, payment method and transaction reference. Compare the provider’s history with the bank or payment-app record. A debit and an account credit can have different processing states.
Check the conditions first
UPI, net banking, cards and e-wallet availability can differ. Review limits, fees, account-name matching and verification requirements before confirming a payment. Do not infer support from a payment logo alone.
Escalate with the right details
For a delayed or missing transaction, contact verified support with a concise timeline and a redacted reference. Ask what review is outstanding and when to follow up. Never send a PIN, CVV or OTP.
Keep the next step clear.
Check current provider information, protect your personal details and use the route that matches your question.
